This review is for the company itself not this specific location. Because 0 isn't an option to give they get 1 star. Just when you think your company is being run bad give these guys a call and all of a sudden you will think your company is the greatest. Now if you don't have a job and can call them between 9-5 m-f it may work out for you. If you are a professional and work m-f yourself forget about it and find another provider to work with. So I have High Speed Internet and I call customer service because I wanted to just buy a modem instead of rent one. The rep tells me any dsl modem will work. Wrong for the pair bonded internet service that I have, it has to be a special modem. Guess what NO ONE SELLS THEM locally (ie. OfficeMax, staples, Walmart etc.). I don't need a crappy modem router combo, I have top of the line netgear router already so just need modem. I call customer service and I am like, what service do you sell that I can use this netgear dsl modem I just bought? They couldn't direct me anywhere online to view service options but referred me to a dept that I can't call because I work. You would think they were oblivious to the fact that I have a choice and will be going by my local COX store after work one day this week.
