Jackie, the owner, is incredible and she is very personable. If you have questions, she will answer them via text as soon as she can, in between clients. That was the case with me. I had my eyebrows done years ago by a different technician. I wish I had found Jackie sooner. She did an amazing job on my brows. Covering all the issues I had, taking her time with me, making sure I was comfortable at all times. When she was done, she explained, in detail, the healing process and assured me that she was available any time, if a problem should arise. Here I am, one month later, I love the way my brows look, so natural. Friends thought I was really getting good at putting my brows on with pencil. When I told them about my experience, they had to look close. The only thing now is that my natural brows are gray and I am going to have to fix that. I am 76 years old and so happy I did this. The color match she chose is incredible. I used a Groupon which was a substantial savings and I did not mind tipping which is customary when using coupons for any service or food/restaurant deal.
