Read all my reviews...it really takes a lot for me to ever wrote a negative review, but this warrants a warning. I made my reservation online last week. I originally scheduled to pick up in the morning, but ran late, so I called to say I would be in later. The nice lady said no problem and adjusted to pick up time. The agent chastised me, stating I didn't show up when I was supposed to. I said I called and spoke to a female. Instead of asking what number I called, he accuses me of calling the wrong number! I show him my phone record that displayed the correct number, date, time and duration. He said "I don't know, it's not notated anywhere. I have a truck for you but you're gonna have to wait 30 minutes". I heard the female voice that I spoke with. I walked in to her office and asked what happened. She remembered me calling and said she has proof she noted the account, walked to a box, pulled up the paper, and there it was. So I asked the agent why he didn't see that? He was again rude to me and said "I told you I have a truck, what is the problem?". WOW! They obviously have an internal lack of communication issue. But instead of acknowledging it and apologizing for it, I get treated horribly. He went to "check on the status". I'm so afraid he's removing the brakes!
