In 5 years of vaping this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. In fact, its the only bad vape business I have ever dealt with. After receiving an order placed online for an Aspire Zelos full kit, I noticed the 30 ml bottle of juice included in the kit was not shipped. This in itself is not really the issue. First, I was given the brush off using the chat box on their website. By email, I was first ignored, then accused of lying , and finally offered exactly zero solutions to the problem. Except, that if I were to order and pay for another item from them, they would so generously send me the juice that I ordered and paid for this time for "free" . Well obviously, I will never be ordering anything from Vape29 again. The missing bottle of juice sells for $10 on their website. My order was $109 total. This was me second order, I previously ordered a Myjet kit from them and it came complete. So it turns out this company has no desire to correct its mistakes, or to hold on to its customers. They also have no problem stealing from their customers, as an unfulfilled sale is theft. My advice to anyone using Vape29 is to hope and pray you have no issues with anything you purchase, because they are a so called business with zero integrity and zero responsibility. Vape29 will throw you away over their own $10 mistake. My dealings with Vape29 compelled me to file my first ever complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and dispute the payment through my credit card company.
