They, and their staff, explain exactly what they are doing and take the time to answer all questions. This year, Dr. Lee found an issue with my retinas and referred me to a specialist. When I contacted him after hours with some additional questions, he called me right back and gave me the information I needed. I was very impressed with his caring, but very professional manner.
