We purchased two sofas on 6/16/17 was told our delivery would be the morning of 6/26/17. We did not receive a call to confirm like most furniture stores so we called the morning of 6/26. I spoke to a lady in the delivery dept of warehouse and she told me we were on the schedule for delivery between 3-6:00 PM. Then called back saying between 1-4. It's after 4 and they are not here!
I am very frustrated with their lack of customer service, I guess they just expect people to take time off to set around waiting for deliveries. Very rude, I'm pretty sure they would not like to be treated like this!!
I will never purchase from Mega furniture again and would never recommend them to anyone else.
