I made dinner reservations on a Thursday for a double Sunday birthday hibachi grill Experience , I let the person on the phone know that it was going to be 15-20 people . He said he could only give me a 5pm or 8 pm reservation . So we went with 5 pm .
After we arrived (17) of us "we were never greeted just stood there for about 20 minutes before being acknowledged by a server. He said he could not seat us . I said , what do you mean ? Its my birthday I don't understand ??? We had a reservation , he said I already asked the chef Yong and there was nothing they could do???? What was the purpose of a reservation . I asked if he was really turning away 17 people ?? Without a worry he said there was nothing he could do that he had to many 6 pm reservations . And with that we left confused ???? Never again will I ever return to this place in my life or would I recommend this to my worse enemy .
