I purchased a $30 skimmer net from Leslie's. When I got home I tossed the bag and receipt and put the skimmer net on the skimmer pole. The mistake I made was tossing the receipt. Went to use the skimmer net two days later and there was a defect on it causing a portion of the skimmer net to fall apart. No big deal I thought. It's only a $30 item and less than a week old. Took net back to Leslie's and they refused to help me in any way. I was not asking for money back. Just a simple exchange. Was told no over and over again. I even offered to bring in my bank receipt but still was not helped. Adios Leslie's. Your refusal to be even slightly helpful has cost you a customer. I'll never shop in your stores again.
