I was in Charlotte for work and decided to come to Fly Barre for a class one night. I had been here before to spin but had never taken a Barre class.
The setup is super easy, book your class online and once you get there you just need to sign in.
I loved the class. I thought, oh this class is going to be easy, boy was I wrong. It was a challenging class and a great workout. I definitely felt the burn the next night but to that means it was a great workout. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Charlotte.
