Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I'd give this place no stars if I could.
I went there to buy a teapot with my boyfriend, after a long busy day. The whole store was empty, and I had been a carrying my backpack for the whole day.
I asked if I could take a seat on one of the chairs while my boyfriend chooses a teapot. I don't know why I asked. The old lady, who worked there, was staring us down and it seemed as if I wouldn't be allowed to sit down.
Lo and behold, she refuses to let me sit down, despite my carrying a backpack and a handheld bag, whereas my boyfriend had 3 bags and a backpack. Unable to put our stuff down, we immediately settled on a $200 teapot, but after all the staring, and her hovering over us the whole time, as if we couldn't afford anything, my boyfriend and I headed out quickly, and wordlessly.
