I brought in my iPhone 6 when the screen stopped working, not knowing why. The screen was not broken or cracked. They took my phone and I asked me to call me on my old phone once they knew what was wrong. After THREE days of not hearing anything, I went to the location to retrieve my phone. They had a very difficult time locating it and they handed it to me and said there was nothing they could do for me. No explanation, nothing. So I took it to another company to get a second opinion. When I arrived there, they told me that my phone was missing 3 screws.
I had such terrible service, and they were unable to fix my phone or give me any explanation as to why it was broken, AND it was missing screws?!?! This should not happen.
