Exceptional sales staff! I've bought from another Penske dealership, Jaguar North Scottsdale. When I saw a BMW I wanted at the Benz location, I called Dave Johnson at Jag.. he started the ball rolling for me, putting me in contact with Gavin Hill and Todd Frison who worked a great deal for my trade and the car i purchases. Jose Rodriguez in finance is the best in the business. If you want a car, GO SEE THESE GUYS!! My search for this particular BMW began with Chapman BMW in Chandler, the BMW they had for sale was overpriced by $10k, while they tried to lowball me for my trade by $9K. They refused to budge, and made it seem as if they were doing me a favor. This is the second such experience I've had with Chapman.. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM CHAPMAN!! The dealer markups should be illegal!! anyway, back to Benz in Chandler.. phenomenal service, and they are great at what they do.
