Terrible customer service. At the make up section, employees are not paying any attention to customers. They are doing make ups to each other. Oh my word. What the heck.
If you know what you want and need no help then go ahead. Otherwise I would go to the Ballantine location. They have the best staff there. Always asking questions to see if customers need any assistance.
