This place (compared to other Cobs around Western Canada and Calgary) is just ok. I find they're disorganized, make mistakes often (slice bread incorrectly, package breathables in plastic bags so the become too gooey, put the bread out when it's too hot to be sliced).
Also, turnover here seems to be very high compared to other stores. When I can, I'll just avoid it (even though it's by my house) and shop at other Cobs where the employees are less PA.
The 3 rating is because their bread and baked good are still fantastic.
