I wanted to like this place, but I am not that impressed with their donuts. I love sweets, but these donuts aren't worth it. I bought a dozen donuts on two separate occasions (kids sleepover) and the donuts were stale after 24 hours both times. The donuts with cereal on top were the worse. My kids begged for the crazy donuts, but I find they end up eating a few bites and trashing the rest. Not worth the money!
I also find Hurts Donut ordering process to be terribly inefficient which results in long customer lines. Since the donuts constantly rotate in and out, there is no set menu on the wall or anywhere for that matter. Many trays of donuts aren't labeled which leads to each customer asking the same questions over and over when they reach the counter. They would benefit from a general menu so you could identify the donuts in the case before it is your turn to order.
