I almost feel bad about not giving this place 5 stars. It *absolutely* deserves the 4.5. It's absolutely the best hawaiian dining place I've been to in Vegas. At other places, things are a but too dry, a bit too chewy, a bit too small. This place hit all the marks.
My only gripe was the wings were a *bit* too salty. Just a bit. They've got just the right amount of breading, crunch, moisture, sweetness, and savoriness. They're just a skooch too salty. The Kalbi was the real surprise here. I always feel like Kalbi's a gamble. This kalbi was a good one. Not too sweet, not too chewy, not too fatty, and they give you a nice meat-cuttin' knife just to make it that much easier on you.
This place is dope. I was in a hurry to get back to work, had a brain fart, forgot to leave a tip while paying at the register, I'll be back at 5:10, right after I get off work PLEASE DON'T BE MAD AT ME. FIVE STARS.
Also, they have daily specials on their physical menu that I didn't see online. Peep those
