We bought our house with a 23 year old pool that had been poorly maintained. We are new to the Valley and had never owned a pool before. We saw the great reviews on Yelp for Desert Gator and quickly learned they are true! Doug was very open, honest and had some nice design ideas. We had them resurface the pool, spa and deck, replace the water-line tile, and also remove our old Saltillo tile flooring on the patio and replace it with a great travertine tile. It all looks great together. Doug was also very helpful in telling us what needed to be done with our pool filter since the old surface had deteriorated so bad that loose pebbles had gotten sucked into the filter. We had a few design changes along the way but Doug handled all of them smoothly. He's a genuinely nice guy who tells it to you straight -- just what you want. Thanks Doug.
