We had an issue with our AC stopped working, so we checked the reviews on Yelp and decided to call Sterling because they had perfect 5 star reviews. They were very professional and arrived promptly on time. They diagnosed our issue and determined we need to get our unit replaced. We thought we chose the right people, until they quoted us over $4000! We declined their estimate, paid their service fee, and chose another local contractor who provided excellent service for a lot less than they charged.
Lesson learned: shop around and get quotes, you'll be surprised how prices vary from contractor to contractor.
