My Wife and I had a great time at Canyon Ranch Spa. We arrived around 8:45 with a massage scheduled for 10. I happened to get Jerry, one of the managers, to check me in. He explained how the Spa worked and definitely made me feel comfortable as to what I was walking into.
Overall, all the staff was friendly. The Spa itself had plenty of towels and places to put used towels. Plenty of toiletries as well to clean up after. I rushed through the features of Aquavana because I wanted to try all the rooms before my massage, had I done it differently I would of come at least two hours before.
Everyone in the rooms were respectfully quiet and I did not see anyone with a cell phone. It definitely started to get crowded around noon. The ability to access the spa through out the day is a nice touch too.
