Buyer Beware. My fiance was smooth talked...missled...and misinformed into buying a "certified" focus for 20k which had known transmission problems and was repaired in multiple places. Given the chance to do the right or as so prominently advertised...."christian" thing to do....they offered 7000 less due to, in the managers own words, inability to sell the car but rather send it to auction....than a car THEY sold before.
They are just like all the others advertising "christian" values. Only interested in profit and not customer service. With many other ford dealers out there, please do your homework and save yourself time, money, and respect.
