Certainly not what I expected. I made an appointment. Cuz it's by appointment only. But the way they have it set is crazy. They book like 6+ people for the same appointment time. & who ever shows up 1st is who's seen first. & don't expect to be seen on time. It's just like going to the doc...!!!! Not to mention you have to pay for parking & heaven forbid they validate parking for ya. Now don't get me wrong the representative was Awesome...!! But still this is the day before a major holiday...!!! Thanksgiving.. Time is of the essence today ... No wonder why we're having so many problems as a nation. With systems like this is any indication. We are certainly in Big Trouble...!!!!!!
