Our Association has been for alomst 2 Years. I AM GRATEFUL to you all - ROSANNE , KAYTIE , KRISTI and now new recruits like STEPHANIE and 1 other lovely girl at heart. THANKS for all the times , standing by me , and guarding me and taking all seen and unseen care for my stay.
I am grateful for the times when i had to do 1 month extension and rather took 2 month extensions at start of year. Dont remember the months. However even when my year lease was getting over, and because of my visa i had to extend my stay. You dealt and give me stay and made sure i have an oasis and roof on me. Thanks ROSANNE for guarding me that time. CANT FORGET how you made me feel special. I REMEMBER YOUR WORDS - DONT WORRY WE WILL FIGURE OUT A WAY, IT MAY HAVE YOUR HIGH RENT HOWEVER you will hv your apartment-WILL SPEAK TO PROPERTIES. THANK YOU FOR THAT.
AND WHEN I TOOK ANOTHER LEASE of YEAR AFTER THIS PUDDLE OF 1 and more SHORT Extension i.e 1 MONTH OR 2 MONTH after my VISA issues were sorted. I HAD PLANNED to GO VISIT FAMILY outside country for 2 months. I ADDED ROOMMATE. You guided me to be alert as people could be tricky and not the same as they seem like , FIRST ROOMATE I ADDED was fine at residing however played around with money aspect. Now WHEN I HAD to EXTEND my stay in my HOME COUNTRY for another 2 months, YOU TOOK CARE OF ADDING ROOMMATE in mY ABSence and coordinating via email and website. THAT CAME with another package of roller coaster ride, When we learnt that , with that girl , was residing a guy without informing the Apartment properties & me. ALSO not cleaning the apartment properly , not keeping it hygienic, not organised. THANKS for taking PICTURES that day.
OH GOD that was something to deal while i was outside the Country. Also the person didn't feel responsible for handing over the mail box keys and Lost Apartment keys and didn't mention about same to me and went without telling so as not to pay $9. HOWEver you still gave me mail box keys , THANKS for the same. That was great HELP.
