I only rent movies from this place when it's "an emergency" and I'm craving a movie that isn't available elsewhere... if you know what I mean. Someone should tell the employees to SMILE (say cheese popcorn!) and help their customers feel like they aren't being threatened with fees every time they rent a movie. It's unsettling enough paying triple price for a movie I can wait a month to rent elsewhere... if you know what I mean (again). Yes, people do steal movies. But glaring at me as I swipe my debit card makes me want to hire a bodyguard and check the DVD cases for tracking devices. I'm just sayin'.
