Wah Kee rises above your standard Chinese restaurant with outstanding noodles and soups. According to the menu, the restaurant makes its own noodles and the quality is apparent when you take a first bite. I usually come here for the soups, which are very filling and top off at about $8 or so. You can choose from a variety of noodles, meats, and dumplings.
