I've never had a problem with service here, they are always very attentive & quick. Maybe they've read all the angry yelp reviews and upped their game?
Atmosphere is fun- you can see the kitchen (with their... bagel machine? I'm assuming that's what that large loud thing is. Whatever it is, it's pretty cool) and there are family photos, photos of NY, and various newspaper features framed up on the wall.
Their bagels are the best, their smears are great. At most places I don't order the same thing twice; but here I stick with the everything bagel with Feta-licious smear. It's that good. Good bagel, good smear, needs nothing else.
They serve Collectivo coffee, and serve it well.
Warning! They have a 4.50 (I think) minimum on credit card purchases!
