In the three years I have lived in Charlotte, I have been to Stache House four times and one thing has remained tried and true about the place- the customer service sucks. The bartenders never smile or greet you, and they move with zero urgency. As a bartender myself, who understands the service industry it makes even me not want to tip them. I genuinely believe they are the meanest, rudest, most unhappy bartenders I have ever met. To top it off they only work with 2 maximum bartenders behind their bar so its always a lonnnnnnnng wait. Don't waste your time.
