I've been seeing Dr. Paul for a couple years now, and he is the best eye doctor I have ever went to. I have terrible vision and I've always had a hard time going in for eye exams because other businesses seemed to have at least one insensitive member of their staff who feels the need to say how bad my eyesight is---loudly! The staff at Pearle Vision Desert Ridge is very friendly and professional. Instead of making me feel embarrassed about being just about blind, they explain my vision changes and give me options when it comes to contact lenses and glasses. Dr. Paul takes the time to get to know his patients and make sure that they are comfortable. He's had me try on a few pairs of contacts and made sure they fit perfectly, as well as answer any questions I may have. He doesn't seem rushed to get through the exam, which I appreciate very much. I've also had to get my glasses adjusted a few times and their staff is always quick to help. I would have given them 5 stars, but their frames and lenses are very pricey. Everything else is fantastic!
