If your office is in the Bay/Bloor area and you're craving Korean food for lunch, I'd highly recommend Metropolis Bake Shop. Don't let the name fool you, you can grab everything from a pastry to a sandwich to bibimbap here. My top 3 take out choices are "mix" (rice, japchae, bulgolgi, and pork), bibimbap, or the tofu soup. Be warned that it's probably a better idea to order any of their soups to dine there. It can take 5-10 minutes for it to be ready so it's definitely not a grab and go option. They have a good number of tables available. Oh, and I almost forgot the best part - almost everything is under $7 (tax included). The kimbap is ~$4, the mix and bibimbap are each only $7 (both prices including tax). Fantastic deal and good competition to the deals nearby at Salad House and Extreme Taste.
