Chris was recommended by my realtor for a home inpection. Called him and qouted me a price for a 2250sq/ft home with a 790sq/ft casita. Day of inspection came and he was 10 mins late, looked at the house and told me that he didnt realize that the casita was a separate structure. Told me he normally asks more for this, for me it didnt sound good. I paid as originally agreed. He went through it real quick. Did not walk the roof as others might have done. Chris is a nice guy but there are areas he can improve, a little smile can work wonders to a cutomer. 3 stars bec. I paid the agreed price, a bit of fun factor could have got 5 stars....
