Don't buy a phone from Anthony at this store.
I went to this store to buy a new phone and the sales guy couldn't share the specs about the phones. So I went home and researched the phones myself.
Then I went back where Anthony helped me. He could not tell me anything about the phones either but at least I knew what I wanted. He told me I was required to buy a Hotspot jetpack. I later learned that he was dishonest and I was not required to buy it.
This caused a huge mess where I had to return the Hotspot in person. They didn't want to give me a full credit so they charged me a restocking fee of $25. I refused to pay the restocking fee and the manager gave me a full credit.
Then I had to chat with 2 reps online. First rep credited me a$10 monthly fee for the jetpack. Second rep credited me the data plan I didn't need for the jetpack and the cancelation of the jetpack phone line.
I am blown away at the additional 4 hours spent online chatting and in store just to clean up this mess.
Beware of Anthony's dishonest approach as he is protecting his commissions.
I will purchase online in the future where I can see full visibility to prices. Plus I can also email the entire chat session online in order to keep a record of what they said. I'm sure Anthony will dodge this review and won't admit to his approach.
