Okay, let me preface this by saying I've been a loyal customer for 8 years. Last two times I've come, the service and wait times have been awful. Didn't write a review because I really had hoped they'd turn it around. They haven't. Tonight it took over 2 hours to get two orders of all you can eat sushi filled. They did last call 2 hours and 10 minutes before closing, sent two customers away at 7:50 pm when they don't close until 10pm. They were out of eel sauce, avocado, cucumber, octopus and mango. And that was at 615pm. It's Saturday night, how in the heck are you out of so much at 615 pm??? Place is totally mismanaged, totally inept and not worth the time or money. We were a party of 4 and would've rather left hungry then wait any longer for more food. Tokyo sushi house, you've lost customers of 8 years tonight. The fact you're out of so many necessary ingredients, I also suspect you'll be out of another thing very soon, business.
