I had been going for 6 months and had always left a happy camper. They were able to fit me in for a Saturday appointment and I had called on a Thursday. I thought it was a sign from god things would go well. My cut and all over color had always been what I wanted. The prices are also much less than other "posh" salons. The staff is friendly and chatty. I've never felt uncomfortable. However, the staff might be a bit too chatty. The last time I was in they let me process for too long with my dye. As anyone that is faux red knows this can turn tragic. My roots were purple. Not exactly the natural copper red I had been receiving or expected.
For something less difficult like just a cut I would recommend them in a pinch. The salon is a bit dated but I think it's endearing. They will also pay for your parking at any of the street/lots spaces so that's nice.
