While the store itself seems like an adequate location for you pet washing needs...
I'm writing this review only in regards to the "grooming service" that is offered here.
The "groomers" at this location appear to be third party subcontracted non employees who merely operate out of this storefront. I have been here three times now to get a small ShihTzu groomed.
Each time I have walked out feeling far from satisfied. Whether it be missed spots of hair, or small nicks from the trimmer... The job is far from perfect.
I have tried a different groomer each time. This last experience being the worst. The most recent one (A young redhead) was less than friendly upon my arrival and seemed to be unsure as to how the process goes. Between her lack of questions and her overall attitude toward me (the customer) I knew I was in for a less than pleasing experience.
I arrived back to pick up my pet who was handed over by the redhead without as much as a "thank you" or anything acknowledging me or my business. I received her leash which was covered in trimmings and found that her collar had been out on two holes further than what we consider snug on her already. Between the customer interaction and these problems my mind was made up.
A few stupid little bows and a handkerchief don't surpass good customer service.
Do yourself a favor and look into the other groomers in the area. As there are plenty of choices.
