I have been a client at Mint for about a year. If I had've written this review a year ago, I would have absolutely given it a totally positive review. The staff was lovely and friendly, the treatments were excellent and I had no complaints. However, within the last several months or so, there seem to have been some staff changes here and it is just not what is once was. I also think that because they have done a couple of Groupons they just aren't paying as close attention to customer service as they are just trying to get sheer numbers through the door to make money. Needless to say, unfortunately the staff is now rude and inconsiderate. I had always (for nearly 8 months) been treated on the Soprano XL and suddenly they were trying to treat me on the Duet, which I did not like. When I specifically asked to be treated on the Soprano the technician insinuated that I was stupid for requesting that and proceeded to be rude and rough in my treatment. It is really too bad that this place has gone down the tubes so much, as it was always lovely and clean. Frankly, laser clinics are a dime a dozen in this City and if you are looking for somewhere to go I am sure you can do better than here.
