Good phó and even better chili oil, spicy and the perfect aroma for phó! If you're craving a good large bowl of phó at a great price, this is the spot. Their broth was decent, meat was a good portion but their chili oil is what got me to give them 4 stars. I swear if they made this chili oil and sold it I would buy it all the time.
Unfortunately they don't take credit card, only cash or Canadian debit cards ONLY so make sure you come prepared!
