I always like to read reviews about mechanics as I'm always cautious. Because I had a flat tire, I went to Purcell Tire and had to be one of the first customers on Monday morning. I was worried as I had purchased my tires elsewhere and had a warranty but when you are desperate to get to work, it doesn't matter...I was assured that they will take care of it and told me not to worry. Sure enough, one gentleman brought a nail to show me what happened. They told me to go where I got my tires, not drive far as it needs to be replaced. They genuinely cared like they were my family! I was so shocked by their incredible service. I will buy the tires from then next time! I will return for sure.
