On a long trip from Seattle to Arizona when I found myself in need of a new back tire. 350 miles away, Henderson BMW was the closest dealer with my tire in stock as I headed south. One call to service rep Daniel and I was taken care of. Limped into a Henderson hotel that evening at 10 pm, the service department had me on my way before noon with two new tires and an oil change. Everyone I delt with was professional and courteous, and everything you'd expect from a BMW dealership. Can't say enough about them getting me on my way without missing a beat or any delay in my trip south.
