I purchased a Groupon for a 30 minute photo shoot and 10 retouched images. Scheduling the appointment and the actual shoot went very smoothly, but that's where the good review ends. After the photo shoot was over, I was told to give him some time to edit my photos. Ramy edited one photo while I was still there, to give me an idea of how they all would look - and to this day it is the only photo I have from the shoot. I contacted Ramy 3 separate times asking what happened to my photos because they were meant to be part of a big production. Each time we spoke, Ramy said he had been busy and would get back with me as soon as possible. And here I am 3 months later with one half-way retouched photo in my text messages and that's it. There are thousands of photographers - choose another one.
Update - immediately after posting this review, I received a text message from Ramy stating that I "didn't understand his circumstance" and ended with him using some less than professional language towards me. Choose your photographers wisely LOL.
