Absolutely Delicious. I found this place via Yelp (Thanks Yelpers!) and it did not disappoint. Situated in a little Chinatown among a plethora of Asian restaurants, there are so many other options to choose from if you are driving down the street passing every other Asian restaurant in an attempt to find Ramen Sora but don't give up. It is worth it. The price is perfect, about $10 or less for a bowl of Ramen depending on what you choose. There are not that many tables inside so depending on how many people there are, do expect a wait but it's worth it. We waited about 15 minutes, not too bad. Any longer and I probably would've tried another Ramen place bookmarked on my iPhone. There is bench seating along the wall which is good for children or large people. I hate being cramped while eating or not having enough space on the table for all our food but this place was fine. We ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen, Deluxe Sora Shio Ramen #1 and Corn Butter Ramen. They were all delicious! So flavorful, rich, and creamy, tastes like it's been cooking for days which is the way traditional old school Ramen should be. i read the "tips" and they give you some type of thinning broth or hot water to thin it out if you don't like your broth so ultimately rich and creamy, although I do.Toppings seemed fresh. Ramen was not overcooked or undercooked, just the perfect amount of body/bite while still soft. I always compare every Ramen place to my hometown "Ramen Parlor" which has the best Ramen or to Ramen I've had in Hawaii and this place is delicious. We each ordered our own bowl but were still hungry so we added on another bowl at the end which we split among us just to top us off and completely satisfy. The place is clean. The waiters check on your frequently. It is not hard to flag em down since the place is small. Will definitely be back.
