Thank god I am out of that hellhole! I went through 9+ case managers in less than a year each time with an empty promise to be permanent. some were fired although some left on their own. once i was sent into a mental health hospital, and NO ONE from my team came to see me or even answered the hospitals calls. while i was in the hospital i was told i needed medical proof i was disabled for my SSI to continue. not only did i not get ahold of anyone for 3 weeks, when i DID get ahold of my case manager they refused me my own records... untill i reported them to mmic their lead authority. then we recieved them in two days and now there is no record of us ever filling out a complaint. it took so long that my ssi lapsed and i am in the middle of an appeal. Please keep in mind this was MY experiance. some people might love this clinic but iam letting you all know my experience before making your decision
