I'll start with the good. This place does an excellent job. I got a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow and upper lip wax. I was very happy with the pedicure and waxes. My toes and my eyebrows looked awesome. They are reasonably priced.
With that being said. I only went in for a pedicure and came out with everything else. They really upsell the add on services. Im trying to enjoy my pedi and they're selling manicures, then the eyebrow wax, then the lip wax. Can't blame them really. That's their job. I needed them but goodness. I wasn't too pleased with the manicure. It was rushed and my cuticles looked horrible.
The place is not too clean. The equipment is old. There were polish stains on the armrests, the pedicure chairs were worn. There was a huge pile of towels in a bin in the middle of the shop that the pedicurists pulled from to wipe clients down. There was a back room where they took you for the wax and there was a stain on the sheet.
Aside from all of that, I was very pleased with the services. My toes and eyebrows looked awesome. Not sure if I'll go back because of the cleanliness factor and the sales pressure.
