You get 'real' carpet cleaning with Cloud ChemDry. I could not believe how clean and fresh-smelling they were when he finshed. Prior to Cloud, I had another company steam clean the carpets and it brought out a terrible smell of pet odor. I contacted Charlie at Cloud and he came by to give me an estimate, which is extremely reasonable considering all he does. He was able to get the carpets clean and eliminate the pet odor. He came back the next day to make sure the smell did not come back. Charlie is professional, knowlegable, honest and I highly recommend him.
