First timer to Planet Hollywood LV casino. It's beautiful, it's awesome too because there is a mall connected to the casino. One of the best amenities I think is you can self park in the garage for free! I found parking in less than 5 minutes. But I got to be honest. From the parking garage to the hotel front desk is a hike. So bring your comfy shoes. We went to an "express" kiosk and checked in thinking that would check us in and spit out some room key cards and we would be set. We were wrong. We did that, but also had to wait in the line to see a front desk agent. The wait was about 30 minutes, as much as it sucked to wait. There were a few rowdy guest that weren't pleased with their service. Made for some good people watching. I mean come on guys. We are in LAS VEGAS! One of the best people watching city's in the world. I don't know if it was just the lucky of draw or what but we got a FANTASTIC agent his name was Quinnton! He made casual conversation, very apologetic for the long wait time and the disruptive guest before us. He was great, got us signed in and rooms keys in under 15 minutes then we were on our way. Updates to follow!
