If you love Albacore tuna sushi then there is no better place in Las Vegas than Sushi Fever. I've been coming to this restaurant for years and the Albacore tuna is still first rate. I always compare Albacore tuna sushi whereever I go to compare to Sushi Fever. So far no other sushi restaurant has come close to matching the soft, buttery texture of Sushi Fever's Albacore.
Their spider roll is my second favorite. They don't serve the typical puny crab at Sushi Fever as I usually receive a large soft shell crab in my Spider Roll which is always crunchy and awesome.
Ignore the other reviews about the Sushi Bar being too high when you sit at it. Never had a problem with its height and the sushi chefs are always responsive to your needs.
Sushi Fever has lots of very creative specialty rolls and for those not into sushi coming with their friends to Sushi Fever the restaurant has really good chicken dishes.
