Went to this place out of convenience - big mistake - came to them with a toothache and there was absolutely no sense of urgency in helping me with that only going through their processes - so since I have never been, I HAD to have a consult FIRST - that took a week to get - then I couldn't get any work done then so had to wait another week, even though I explained my tooth was getting worse - I asked if there was anyway to get in earlier - always told "no" they only wanted to discuss how I was going to need a lot of cleaning and a special tooth brush and special this and special that and gave me a quote for $2k to work on my teeth! they didn't even mention the tooth that was hurting!! - in waiting for two weeks to get my toothache attended to I was miserable - and in the meantime it cracked - so when I FINALLY got into my appointment I was told my tooth was NOT SALVAGEABLE and it was removed! I LOST A TOOTH due to their concern for protocol, and maximizing fees. I felt like they were just concerned with you buying gadgets and getting a lot of extra and unnecessary treatments none of which I am covered for as I only have basic - I just need my tooth fixed and they couldn't even manage that. During extraction they gave me gas, but it did not knock me out - the gas ran out and they couldn't even figure out how to change the bottles - I felt much of the extraction. It was the most stressful and awful experience I have ever had at a dentist - I have had work done in the third world by more competent people. VERY DISAPPOINTING - not worth the convenience - would rather walk several miles to be attended to by a dentist who cares than anyone at this clinic.
