They estimate how much you'll be driving then will refund you or charge you more when you return the truck. Really nice staff but a bit slow. I do enjoy the pods service for long distance moving. Be ready for your online quote to be like 30% more when you go in too. They add a bunch of fees and things they say come with your rental online like furniture pads they charge you for.
