My car was broken into on December 28, 2016 and friendly ford came to pick up my car by towing. Due to the holiday week I gave them the benefit of the doubt that my car would take a few days to fix. I was wrong. After taking the initiative to call/follow up it takes more than a week to fix a window with tint and check alarm system. I called several times before I head out to pick up my car that was "ready" and when I arrived D.C. The adjuster came to inspect and show me the car and it was not ready the way they said it would be. Now I was quoted 45 minutes to an hour to get the job done. Frustrating to be working more than someone else when it's not your job. Due to my insurance paying for everything it's interesting to see that friendly ford knows how to bill, yet can't complete their job. I would never come back!
