Do NOT take your vehicle to this establishment. I went here for a simple oil change, and it was a disaster. First of all, I dropped the car off at 7:15 AM and didn't get it back until nearly 3 PM. Secondly, they pulled a bait and switch with the oil, insisting that my common sedan required synthetic oil - $46 dollars later! This is more than the dealer charges people!
To add insult to injury, they told me my battery was bad. I took it over to O'Reilly's for a check, and it was just fine. I wasted my whole afternoon on this.
This place clearly has a culture of taking advantage of customers, and their idea of service is pathetic. Save yourself the money and headache, and go somewhere else.
