Where do I begin.... Loved the location was close to where I visited Charlotte often. Decided to take them up on trying out one of the package deals, which went just fine. However the problem was after your massage they are persistent on getting you to sign up for the package they offer for a years worth. After being relaxed that's the last thing anyone wants to think about! Well needless to say after many failed attempts from contacting corporate to contacting the local office trying to cancel this membership because it states if you don't live within a radius of a Massage Heights this is terms to void the contract! Remind you I visit Charlotte for work relations not my permanent address. Which where I call home there is no location for miles!!! So why this became a issue is beyond me. Yet the owner was in no hurry to contact me via phone or email. No voice messages or anything, but was real fast to forward the account to collections. Real cute! So my warning to you is beware of the unprofessional environment you may receive during your experience with this place. Don't waste your money go somewhere else.
