This place used to be my go-to for Chinese food - food is not bad, it's convenient, and best of all, it delivers.
Sadly, their online ordering system is not reliable. After waiting for more than an hour, I called them and realized they never received my order despite the email confirmation. I believe there is a new employee at this restaurant and she is just terrible - she did not apologize for the mistake at all, and even requested me to wait another 40 minutes. No refunds at all, no apologies, all she asked for is my credit card number again.
This experience definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Please bring back the old staff - the lady who used to be at the front desk was very nice, courteous, and efficient, and I have made multiple online orders without any mishaps. Get rid of incompetent staff or else the business will suffer!
